Verde Solaire (P) Ltd, having its offices in Noida, New Delhi and at various other places had installed a 200 KW solar plant at Jama Corporation, Kanpur, UP in 2020. This solar energy system was installed with a zero export device as net metering/net feeding was not allowed by the UP government in 2020 for commercial connections.
This solar plant was installed with Waaree solar panels and Delta solar inverters. Majority of the installation was on tin shed. However to increase the production of solar energy, Verde designed a unique solar structure, so that all the structure was facing south, instead of the original East/West angle of the shed. This resulted in more solar energy output for the customer.
