About Verde Solaire

Verde Solaire Private Limited is an ISO 9001:2015 certified engineering and construction company that designs, installs and commissions rooftop solar systems from its head office in Sector 47, Noida. It has delivered more than 50 MW of solar projects, is a registered PM Surya Ghar vendor in both Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, and was formerly Sirius Electric.

Who we are

Verde Solaire is an EPC company: it handles engineering, procurement and construction of a solar plant as one contract, rather than selling panels for someone else to fit. The team includes engineers and people who have worked in solar plant design, procurement, site survey, installation and commissioning, and the company states that this team has a team with combined experience of more than 2,000 MW. The company is trading since 2010.

Not yet official. From directory listings compiled in the September 2026 study; the company's own pages say "over a decade" and "since 2017" for its earliest surviving installations.

The earliest installation with a published customer account dates from 2017, at a house in Greater Kailash, New Delhi, fitted when the company still traded as Sirius Electric. That customer wrote in 2023 that "the solar system has been working continuously without a single day breakdown since 2017", which is the longest-running published record of the company's work.

What we install

Verde Solaire installs on-grid, off-grid and hybrid systems for three kinds of customer.

• Homes. home systems from 1 kW to 50 kW, on independent houses, builder floors and shared roofs. The residential page explains sizing and the pricing pages carry the published price ranges for 1 to 10 kW.
• Factories, offices and petrol pumps. commercial installations up to 16 MW. Published projects include a 200 kW plant at a Kanpur factory, 110 kW at a carpet mill in Panipat and 430 kW at Dharuhera. The company is also registered with Indian Oil for solar plants at petrol pumps. See commercial and industrial.
• Schools, colleges and government sites. Published work includes a 20 kW plant at a school in Ayodhya, 35 kW at a college in Greater Noida, 147 kW at C-MET Pune through CPWD and 170 kW for a Patna division tender. See institutions.

Each published project lists capacity, place, the make of modules and inverters, and, where the company recorded it, the annual yield.

Equipment and partnerships

Modules on published installations have come from Adani, Vikram Solar, Waaree, Emmvee and CEL; inverters from Delta, Schneider, KSolare and Havells. Verde Solaire is an authorised solar solutions partner of Luminous and is certified by Vikram Solar as a trusted quality EPC integrator. Every quote names the make and model so you can check it against the ALMM lists that subsidised systems must meet. The equipment pages explain what those names mean and what each warranty covers.

Registrations

Verde Solaire is registered with IOCL, UHBVN, DHBVN, CEL, IPGCL, BRPL and CREST for solar power plant installations. For a homeowner the registration that matters most is PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. Verde Solaire is a registered PM Surya Ghar vendor in both Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, which means a home in Delhi or Uttar Pradesh can choose the company on the national portal and claim the central subsidy, and the state subsidy where one applies. The company also states it provides subsidy assistance for eligible customers in Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

On the financing side, Verde Solaire has tie-ups with SIDBI, SBI and other NBFCs for collateral-free solar loans, and prepares the loan paperwork with the customer. The solar loan page sets out what the banks state on their own pages.

Where we are

The company works from three offices:

• Noida, head office. D-2, 2nd Floor, Sector 47, Noida 201303. This is where the survey, design and procurement teams sit, and it serves Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi.
• New Delhi, registered office. C-213, Basement, Block C, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi 110017.
• Varanasi, branch office. Laxmi Niwas, Chetgunj, Varanasi. Home installations in Varanasi go through this office; the company's published 2 kW and 5 kW PM Surya Ghar installations there are on the projects page.

Residential work is concentrated in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Varanasi. Commercial and institutional projects have been published across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Bihar and Maharashtra.

How we work

The process is the same for every home: a free site visit and shadow analysis, a written quote that shows the gross price, the subsidy and the net separately, the PM Surya Ghar application filed with you, installation, the net-meter inspection with your electricity board, and the subsidy claim. Verde Solaire offers a free site evaluation and no-obligation proposal, and the quote names the modules and the inverter. One thing the process does not include is a promise of a zero bill. The fixed charge on an electricity connection does not go away; the energy charge is what solar removes. The company's own published claim is that homeowners typically reduce their power bills by 60–90%, and the bill calculator shows the arithmetic for your units.

What customers say

Customer accounts on the company's site name the size of the system, the place and, often, the person who handled the paperwork. A Noida homeowner with a 6 kW system wrote that he "was also able to get solar subsidy in record time because of the follow up of the team of Verde Solaire". Another, in Sector 25, Noida, described the team completing the documentation and the liaison with the electricity department for the net meter, and getting the subsidy processed. A New Delhi customer with a 10 kW system noted that the company installed a better bifacial Adani panel than the one agreed, without charging extra.

The accounts are not all uncritical. Two customers, one in New Delhi and one in Pune, wrote that the net meter took longer than expected to arrive, and both attributed the delay to the electricity board rather than to the installer. That is consistent with what the net-metering pages describe: the installer files and follows up, but the DISCOM sets the date.
