Referral programme: ₹1,000 per kW

Verde Solaire pays ₹1,000 per kW to an existing customer whose referral becomes an order. The programme is open only to people and companies that already own a Verde Solaire system, and the incentive falls due when the person you introduced places an order, not when they ask for a quote. Homes qualify across Delhi NCR; factories, commercial buildings and institutions qualify anywhere in India with 50 kW minimum for factory, commercial and institutional referrals (pan-India).

That is the whole of the published notice, dated 25 April 2023. This page repeats its terms without adding to them, says what the notice leaves open, and explains how to put a referral on record so there is no argument later about who made the introduction.

Who can refer, and who can be referred

  • The referrer is an existing customer: a person or a company whose solar system Verde Solaire installed. A factory owner can refer another factory; a homeowner can refer a neighbour or a business.
  • The referred customer can be a household or a company. The notice names both.
  • Homes are covered in Noida, New Delhi and the wider Delhi NCR, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad, which is where Verde Solaire lists its residential installation service.
  • Factories, commercial and institutional buildings are covered all over India, with a minimum system size of 50 kW.

How the incentive is calculated

The rate is per kW of the system that is finally ordered, so the amount follows the size of the plant rather than the number of introductions. The published notice gives one rate for every kind of referral; it does not set a lower rate for homes or a higher one for factories, and it does not set a ceiling. Because the trigger is the order, a referral that ends at the survey or the quote stage earns nothing, and the size that counts is the size on the order, not the size you guessed when you made the introduction.

What the notice does not say

Four things are not stated, and this page does not claim them.

  1. How and when the incentive is paid: whether by bank transfer, and how long after the order.
  2. Whether the referred customer must be new to Verde Solaire, or whether an existing customer's expansion counts.
  3. Whether a referral is honoured if the customer approaches the company on their own and names you later.
  4. Whether two people can claim the same referral.

Ask the office to confirm each point before you make the introduction, and keep the reply. A programme with a single published rate and no fine print is easier to honour when both sides have the same message in writing.

How to refer someone

There is no dedicated form on the original notice, so the referral is made through the ordinary contact routes.

  • WhatsApp. Message the number on the contact page. State that you are an existing customer, give the address of your own installation, and then the name, city, property type and approximate system size of the person you are introducing.
  • The contact form. The form at the end of this page reaches the same people. Put the same details in the message field.

Do this before the survey visit. Once the referral is on record, the person you introduced gets the same process as any other enquiry, beginning with a free site evaluation and no-obligation proposal, and their price is the written quote after the survey, not a special referral price.

What customers say about introductions

Verde Solaire's published reviews already describe referrals of this kind. Parmod Jain, who installed a 20 kW system at his Noida home, wrote that the company "was recommended to us by my friend and partner who had got his solar plant installed by them at his New Delhi residence". Navin Verma, with 10 kW in Janakpuri, wrote that he "would recommend Verde to everyone who wants to install solar plant and save on their electricity bill". The programme attaches a published rate to introductions that customers were making anyway. More reviews are on the reviews page.

If you are the person being referred

Your price and your process do not change because someone introduced you. Ask for the written quote, check the make and model of each component, and read what to check before you pay the advance. Published price ranges by capacity are on the pricing page; factory and institutional plants are described under commercial and industrial solar.
