Solar installation company in Noida

Verde Solaire installs rooftop solar for homes, housing societies, offices and factories in Noida, from its head office at D-2, Sector 47. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, has delivered more than 50 MW of solar projects with a team with combined experience of more than 2,000 MW, and is a registered PM Surya Ghar vendor in both Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. Home systems run from home systems from 1 kW to 50 kW. In Noida city the electricity board is PVVNL (Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, a UPPCL company), and a subsidised home system receives the central subsidy of up to ₹78,000 plus the Uttar Pradesh state subsidy of up to ₹30,000 per consumer, on top of the central subsidy.

What we install in Noida

Verde Solaire, formerly Sirius Electric, has installed rooftop plants on houses, builder floors and apartment blocks in Noida, and publishes commercial installations up to commercial installations up to 16 MW. Most Noida homes take an on-grid system of 3 kW to 10 kW with net metering; a home that needs power through outages takes a hybrid system with a battery, covered under off-grid and hybrid systems.

The company's July 2025 posts describe three panel types for homes, mono PERC for small or partly shaded roofs, bifacial for open terraces and TOPCon where long-term yield matters most, all carrying 25-year performance warranties on all three panel types. Published Noida and Delhi homes used Vikram Solar modules, with KSolare and Delta inverters elsewhere. Eight things to check in any installer, and how we answer

1. Registration. Under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, the installer must be a vendor registered on the national portal, and you choose the vendor on pmsuryaghar.gov.in. Verde Solaire is registered in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. Open the vendor list on the portal for PVVNL and find the name before you pay anything. The vendor verification guide shows where to look.

2. Named components. A quote that says "Tier 1 panels" and "MPPT inverter" names nothing. Verde Solaire's written quote names the make and model of the panels, the inverter and the structure, and its published installations name Vikram Solar, Adani, KSolare, Delta and Havells, so each can be checked against the approved lists and the warranty document.

3. ALMM and the made-in-India rule. For a subsidised system, both the modules and the cells must be made in India, and from 1 June 2026 the cells must be on the ALMM List-II as well as the modules. The ALMM List-II explainer covers the detail.

4. Structure. The structure decides whether the panels survive a Noida dust storm and whether you keep the use of your terrace. Ask for the material, height and anchoring in writing. Verde Solaire's published Noida installations use elevated galvanised steel structures on concrete pedestals, as in the photograph above.

5. Net-metering filing inside the price. Verde Solaire's published prices include net metering along with panels, inverter, mounting, installation and warranty, and the company files the PVVNL application, attends the inspection and follows the meter through to activation. A Sector 25 customer, Brij Lal Bhardwaj, wrote that the team did the complete installation including the documentation and the liaison for the net meter with the electricity department, and that the subsidy was processed for him as well. The July 2025 post gave 20 to 30 days after installation as the usual net-metering timeline.

6. Subsidy timing. You pay the installer, and the government pays you. The official payout is "within 30 days" of the claim; about 15 days on average; in practice it is 30–45 days after verification in practice. Mr L. R. Singh, a 6 kW customer in Noida, wrote that he "was also able to get solar subsidy in record time because of the follow up of the team of Verde Solaire".

7. Warranty terms. The panel performance warranty is the manufacturer's, and for the three panel types Verde Solaire published in 2025 it is 25-year performance warranties on all three panel types. The inverter and workmanship warranties belong in the written quote with the years stated, along with who you call when something fails. 8. After-sales. Verde Solaire publishes full after-sales support with its installations. What the company has not published is a response time in hours, so ask for one in writing from any installer, including us. Cleaning and monitoring after commissioning are covered under maintenance and cleaning.

Independent houses, builder floors and society flats

An independent house is the simplest case. The owner, the roof and the electricity connection are in one name, which is what the scheme's eligibility rule assumes: an Indian citizen who owns a house with a suitable roof, has a valid electricity connection and has not taken an earlier solar subsidy. The size follows the bill, using the published guide of 0–150 units a month: 1–2 kW · 150–300 units: 2–3 kW · above 300 units: above 3 kW.

A builder floor works if you hold the right to use the roof and your own connection. The subsidy is paid per connection, so each floor with a separate PVVNL connection can apply on its own. Where the roof is shared, the owners need a written arrangement for the roof area before the survey, and the sanctioned load on your connection sets the largest system PVVNL will approve. A flat in a group housing society has no roof of its own. The route is the society's common-area plant under the same scheme, at ₹18,000 per kW for up to 500 kW (3 kW per house), EV charging included, which offsets the lift, pump and lighting bill that every resident pays through maintenance. Sectors and areas we serve

The company's July 2025 post lists Sectors 15, 15A, 16, 18, 19, 46, 47, 50, 52, 62, 71, 78, 93B, 104, 137 and 151, and all other residential and group housing sectors of Noida. Published customer reviews add Sectors 25 and 41. The Sector 47 head office is the base for surveys across the city; the address is on the offices page.

Greater Noida and Greater Noida West are served from the same office but under a different electricity board, NPCL, with its own portal, so they have their own installer page and net-metering page.

Installations in and around Noida

Verde Solaire's published testimonials and project posts cover home systems in Noida from 4 kW to 20 kW: a 4 kW system at Sector 25, a 6 kW system, a 7 kW system at Sector 41, a 9 kW residence and a 20 kW residence whose owner came by recommendation from a friend with a Verde Solaire plant in New Delhi. Nearby, the company published a 10 kW plant in Greater Noida and a 35 kW system at a Greater Noida college installed in 2019 and, according to the college, still working well. The July 2025 post puts the company's residential experience at more than 100 rooftops.

How the process runs

The company's own description of its process has three stages, none of which involves a payment before you have seen a written proposal.

1. Evaluation and consultation. A phone call to answer your questions and check whether the location suits solar. The evaluation is free: a free site evaluation and no-obligation proposal.
2. Site visit and proposal. An engineer visits, measures the shadow-free roof, reads the sanctioned load on the bill and returns a no-obligation proposal. The written quote names the make and model of every component and shows the gross price, the subsidy and the net payable as three separate lines.
3. Installation and documentation. Engineering, installation, the PVVNL inspection, the net meter and the commissioning certificate on the portal, followed by the subsidy claim.

Payments follow milestones stated in the quote, typically at booking, on delivery of material and at commissioning; the exact split is in the written quote. Verde Solaire has not published a validity period for its quotes, so ask for one. Paying for it

The scheme's concessional loan is collateral-free, from nationalised banks, priced at repo rate plus 0.5 percentage points, which was 5.75% on 28 July 2026, over 10 years. Verde Solaire has tie-ups with SIDBI, SBI and other NBFCs for collateral-free solar loans and helps prepare the application. The subsidy still comes to your bank account and can prepay the loan. On savings, the company's published claim is that homeowners typically reduce their power bills by 60–90%; the figure for your home depends on your units and sanctioned load, and the fixed charge on a PVVNL bill does not go away.
